I had a big day in Sono­ma today, and in recog­ni­tion I’m upload­ing a pho­tog­ra­phy I took on the Sono­ma Coast on March 22 of this year, dur­ing a work­shop with Lance Kuehne.

I was real­ly pleased to see Lance today at the open­ing of my exhib­it at Stu­dio 35 in Sonoma.

This was real­ly exciting…my first art gallery show­ing!  I was so thrilled, I bought myself a pair of blue suede shoes (not shown here).

We had a great turnout at the gallery.  Sono­ma has a great small town com­mu­ni­ty feel which isn’t often evi­dent in The City (as San Fran­cis­co is some­times referred to).  I got to meet some great fel­low artists and oth­er art enthu­si­asts.  To top it off, I had my daugh­ter help­ing out as my sales associate.
